the staff assisted with luggage storage. they were knowledgeable about the area. they also speak fluent english and help extend my stay, ensuring i could keep my room. the team answers fast. housekeeping was on point.

the cafe is located in lobby. i liked happy hour. the restaurant burger tasted good and some said it was one of best. i did not like that outside food is not allowed. that makes guest feel like being in school.

The location was GREAT, very close to Shimbashi station. This made traveling around the area easy. A Familymart was conveniently located only a 2 minute walk away. The super nice team. One staff member gave us a bottle of water daily before we explored.

the staff was amazing. they gave good suggestions on where i can eat. they were very helpful when i needed an umbrella because someone took mine. the hotel is a few minutes walk from the main shopping street and the fish market.

self check-in was a bit glitchy. i required assistance to use it. the bed and room was small even though it was a "beautiful queen". the room was hot when i arrived.

the restaurant is located on the first floor and has a wonderful interior. the club sandwich, salad, and pasta are great meals. it is also great for tea time during the day.
